The role is to provide leadership for medical staff, midwifes and nurses to improve quality of care through expert advice, analysis and action, education, peer review and clinical governance activities, working in partnership with the Regional Midwife role.
The position is primarily located at Bendigo Health but will require travel across the Loddon Mallee Region.

The Loddon Mallee Regional Clinical Council (LMRCC) is a regional partnership intended to provide a forum in which clinical experts, consumers and health service providers can work collaboratively to strengthen clinical governance, improve safety and quality of care, minimise risk and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

The organisation provides services in emergency, maternity, women’s health, medical imaging, pathology, rehabilitation, community services, residential aged care, psychiatric care, community dental, hospice/palliative care, cardiology, cancer services and renal dialysis to the people of the Loddon Mallee region.
With our main campus based in Bendigo, our services extend throughout the Loddon Mallee with sites in areas such as Mildura, Echuca, Swan Hill, Kyneton and Castlemaine.
