Together we can do more.   The Obstetrician and Gynaecologist will provide expert medical assessment and management of patients in the Obstetrics and Gynaecology (O&G) Service within the Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District. The Obstetrician and Gynaecologist is responsible for the provision of specialist services to emergency patients, inpatients and outpatients at the relevant Hospital. The Obstetrician and Gynaecologist will ensure provision of high quality O&G services to all patients within the Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District.  The Obstetrician and Gynaecologist will proactively: • Support the development of O&G services • Support and facilitate a culture of learning and best practice • Support and mentor ITPs, SIMGs, Registrars and JMOs • Support and develop O&G research within the department • Support Medical Students during their rotation in O&G Advanced trainees...
