Volunteer opportunity JOB DESCRIPTION The Australian Volunteers Program (AVP) matches skilled Australians from all walks of life with organisations in 26 countries predominantly in the Indo-Pacific regions to help these organisations to deliver on their own objectives. The program uses international volunteering as a people-centered approach to capacity development. The AVP is recruiting an O&G Clinical Lecturer in the School of Medicine and Health Sciences (SMHS) at the University of Papua New Guinea (UPNG). This volunteer assignment is for six months beginning February 2025 or August 2025. AVP covers flights and accommodation and provides a living allowance. This assignment could suit a FRANZCOG Advanced Trainee seeking to gain experience working in a low- to middle-income country or a Fellow transitioning to retirement.
