The responsibilities of the role are to provide highest standards of Obstetrics and Gynaecology practice, support to the medical education effort in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and other relevant clinical services for patients of Bendigo Health, as well as supervision and training of junior medical staff.

This role offers the chance to practise comprehensive obstetrics and gynaecology within a busy regional referral centre, supported by specialist colleagues including paediatrics, anaesthetics, ICU, and surgical services. The successful applicant will contribute to a collaborative team delivering high-quality maternity and women’s health care to a diverse regional and rural population. AWH is the first cross border public health service to exist in Australia, operating under agreement between NSW and VIC governments to provide the largest regional health care service between Sydney and Melbourne.
