Royal Hobart Hospital (RHH) is Tasmania’s largest hospital and major referral centre and has the only tertiary NNICU in the state.  The Women’s and Children’s Service at RHH offers a comprehensive service including 24-hour labour ward coverage, with over 2000 births per annum, with both simple and complex care requirements. This is an exceptional and unique opportunity for a Level 5 or 6 trainee with an interest in ultrasound and high-risk obstetrics to undertake advanced training within the public and private sector. Ultrasound training in both obstetrics and gynaecology will be provided at the RHH and Women’s Imaging, and obstetric skills will be advanced through the care of high-risk pregnancies, in the Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) clinics and on labour ward.
