Purpose of the role This clinical role will allow for completion of the Essential O&G Skills Advanced Training Module, along with the Sexual and Reproductive Health Advanced Training Pathway (SRH-ATP). On completion of the SRH-ATP the trainee will be equipped to provide comprehensive, high level Sexual & Reproductive Health services and leadership. They will have the organisational skills to transition from senior registrar to consultant position. The position is based at Logan Hospital Obstetrics and Gynaecology Department and may provide services and engage in clinical training at other Metro South facilities. This role will include exposure to general obstetric and gynaecology practice as the acute obstetric or gynaecology registrar (including some after-hours duties in the form of evenings and weekends, shared amongst the advanced trainees), and attendance at clinics to meet the mandatory and elective SRH module requirements.
