Overview: QEII is excited to offer a 4-month gynaecology registrar training position from 6th October 2025 – 1st Feb 2026. The role can be accredited FRANZCOG training. This role offers a core or advanced trainee the opportunity to work in a dynamic tertiary gynaecology unit that provides a broad range of generalist and subspecialist gynaecology services. 2-YEAR AGES SURGICAL FELLOWSHIP IN MINIMAL ACCESS GYNAECOLOGIC SURGERY
Applications are invited for a 2-year Fellowship in Advanced Laparoscopic and Pelvic Floor Surgery commencing February 2026. This AGES Accredited Fellowship will be at the Townsville University Hospital, the only tertiary hospital in Northern Australia. Only candidates that are in their Advanced years of RANZCOG training preferably Year 6, SIMG’s or post-Fellowship, need apply. Applicants should have completed all RANZCOG ITP training and research requirements or have SIMG equivalence. Prior experience in an Advanced Endoscopic Unit, with research and teaching experience will be an added advantage.
