Purpose of the Role The Fellow will have day to day clinical responsibilities to the patients within the urogynaecology and the Queensland Pelvic Mesh service. Outpatient and day surgery services are primarily based at Robina Hospital, a 400 bed acute care facility however some work will be undertaken at Varsity Lakes day surgery. The Fellow will attend outpatient clinics, theatre lists and also be responsible for inpatient care of patients in the unit. The Fellow will be expected to develop and maintain productive and mutually respectful relationships with other health professionals involved in the work of the unit, including urogynaecology nurses, physiotherapists, urologists and colorectal staff. Preference will be given to applicants who have been accepted onto the RANZCOG CU subspeciality training program.
