Job Description

Genea Fertility, a leading Australian fertility clinic with over 35 years of experience, is seeking a dedicated 2nd Year Fellow in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (CREI) to join our team in Sydney.

## Position Overview

As a 2nd Year CREI Fellow at Genea Sydney, you will contribute to our clinical and research activities in reproductive medicine while completing your subspecialty training. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and learn from industry leaders in fertility treatment.

## Key Responsibilities

- Contribute to clinical activities in reproductive medicine and endoscopic surgery
- Participate in research projects under senior supervision
- Provide senior registrar cover in obstetrics and gynaecology, including out-of-hours services
- Attend and actively participate in hospital meetings and educational lectures
- Assist in the investigation and management of subfertile couples from clinical and laboratory perspectives
- Engage in continuous quality improvement activities

## Qualifications and Requirements

- FRANZCOG or equivalent
- Successful completion of the first year of CREI subspecialty training
- Eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia
- Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Commitment to ongoing medical education and research
- Current knowledge of relevant legislative and regulatory requirements

## Desirable Attributes

- Previous success in the RANZCOG national CREI program selection interview
- Commitment to continuous improvement of patient outcomes
- Self-awareness of professional limitations
- Experience in initiating and managing original research in gynaecology
