Northland DHB provides public health services across the Northland region, from north of Auckland to Cape Reinga, serving a growing population of around 164000 with one third of our patients identifying as Māori. Most secondary services are based at Whangārei Hospital, and supported by three rural hospitals in Kaitaia, the Bay of Islands and Dargaville.
